childhood was spent (for example schools, what events have Ribinsk, Jaroslav county. Painter school in Ribinsk, later fresco painting school. Further studies in paintings with self- financing and architecture studies in public school. Old clerical family influenced my works. Ribinsk
is in the heart of Russia, north of Moscow. In our county we have a lot of
monastery, Pravoszlav church an museum. It
follows from this I came close to the religion type of art in my
childhood. Beside this in my mother’s family had a lot of religion
people . They told me many stories about the Russian church’s pictures
and themes. I
showed interest in listened these
stories and I tried to
make pictures out of it. My
parents recognized my
talent and
in 1976 they registered me in a school of art in Ribinszk. Because
in this time in Russia wasn`t allow to learn religion art of painting I
finished my highscool like a fresco artist. I
practise in lot of Russian monastery and cathedral and talked a
many times with monks and
priests about the themes and
rises of frescos and icons. At this time I decide , if I have a possibility ( chance) to make icons I `ll try it.re.

youth: I grew up on the bank of the Volga River. In my family it was mostly my mother who helped me towards the arts. I remember for my childhood as being a happy child. How did the family support the decision to
become an artist: For my mother’s influence and the work of my grandfather (on my mother’s line) as priest. Sources of inspiration for the creative process: By the family atmosphere and my exploration of the religious memories. Keeping this inspiration throughout artistic
life or finding new inspiration from which the artist’s art stems: To date, I’m still working by the old prescriptions. The
time when the artist achieved his first sale and what effect this event
had on his personal life: It happened with the assistance of my recent husband, in Hungary, in 1991, in the form of consignment sale. The selling of the painting surprised me. I couldn’t believe it.

don’t criticize other tendencies. These other kinds of arts are far from
my works. It is very hard to find something new. Description
